Cole and Carly were at a ski shop in Breckenridge when they met for the first time. Cole, no doubt, was hard at work with a huge smile on his face just lighting up the room. Carly, with a ten month old baby strapped to her chest and a three year old holding her hand was somehow not enough to scare Cole away. It would be the beginning of big, big crush; and for the both of them, they later learned. Carly would return to the ski shop more regularly to “leave her bag there” while she’d snowboard just so she could have an excuse to check in on the smiley tall dude, making sure now to leave the kids behind or speak loudly of her nanny duties in front of him. Carly was hanging out at the ski shop one day, and some of the employees were going to take a ride break and hit the slopes. Cole, thankfully was part of that crew. They were out on the mountain now in the same group with some mutual acquaintances to bridge them together. The first ski lift they approach, Cole looks back and grabs Carly’s hand to pull her into the seat next to him. They sit down together and smile… and they ride up the mountain living happily together forever and ever
