What about COVID?

Answer

We are asking that everyone please receive a negative COVID test prior to attending any wedding events. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending any events. Keeping everyone safe and comfortable is our top priority!

Are masks going to be required?

Answer

Masks will not be required at any events. Fortunately, all of our events are outdoors! The wedding and reception will be completely outdoors. The welcome party and after party will be indoor/outdoor. Please do feel welcome to wear a mask if you prefer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided. We highly recommend Lyft and Uber and there are plenty of them in the area. ** Please do allow yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony as many of us have experienced a longer wait time with Uber/Lyft in recent months. Better early than late :) **

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking. Just keep in mind if you take advantage of our open bar (and we hope you do!) and decide to leave your car overnight, it must be picked up by 10am the next day.

Can I drive to the welcome party?

Answer

Absolutely! There is plenty of parking at our Airbnb and you are welcome to drive yourself if you would like. If you need to leave your car, you are welcome to.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Please make accommodations for a sitter and take the night off to enjoy the occasion with us! Thank you for understanding! Kids are absolutely invited to our welcome party on Saturday, please bring them if you wish!

What time do we need to arrive?

Answer

Feel free to arrive starting at 3:15 and please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4:00. Refreshments will be provided until the start of the ceremony. Unfortunately if you are late you will not be able to see us walk down the aisle as security will have you wait.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding is outdoor. October is typically pretty warm, but it is a desert climate so it gets very chilly at night even if it is warm during the day. However there will also be plenty of heaters to help keep us all toasty warm! Definitely bring a jacket just in case!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire will be just fine! We want all our guests to be comfortable so we can dance the night away. Please keep in mind the venue is completely outdoors and although there will be heaters, it will likely get chilly at night.
