The shuttle will make one trip from the Harborview Hotel to the wedding venue before the ceremony (departing at 2:50pm). The shuttle will make two trips back to the Harborview Hotel at the end of the night (departing at 10:30pm and 11:15pm).

Call the hotel directly (press 2 to speak with the front desk) and mention you are there for the Carlson/Kohl wedding to get the discounted rate of $169/night (with the resort fee waived). The room block will be available until one month prior (9/17/25), or until rooms are filled. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. This hotel is situated on the harbor, downtown Port Washington, with many restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. It includes complimentary breakfast, an indoor swimming pool and an attached restaurant and bar (The Beacon).

The room block will be available until one month prior (9/17/25), or until rooms are filled. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. This hotel includes an indoor swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, and an attached restaurant (Seven Hills Pub & Grill).
