What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15pm so you have time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins at 3:30pm. There is a playground at the venue, so feel free to come earlier if you have kiddos who would enjoy playing before the ceremony!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle available, but space is limited. For transportation to the wedding, the shuttle will depart from the Harborview Hotel only at 2:50pm. Transportation back to the Harborview will be offered at 10:30pm and 11:15pm. There will not be a shuttle from the Holiday Inn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. But most importantly, wear something you feel good in!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be at Buechler Farms, which has plenty of on-site parking.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! Buechler Farms is kind enough to allow us to leave vehicles in the parking lot until 9am the next morning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love for your whole family to celebrate with us. At the venue, there will be a playground and coloring sheets available for the kiddos.

If your search doesn't work, or you don't see a member of your family, please reach out and let us know - technology is not always my friend.
