The History: Broadway Hall, built in 1904, was initially known as the Aftermath Clubhouse for the Aftermath Reading Society, a literary and social club organized by a group of New Whatcom women. The Aftermath Clubhouse is estimated to be the first women's clubhouse in Washington State. Broadway Hall is now listed for its historical significance in the National Register of Historic Places and Washington State HIstoric Register.

Traveling North from Seattle: From Interstate 5 North, take Exit 253 for Lakeway Drive and turn right on King Street. Take the first right onto Lakeway Drive. Continue straight on Lakeway Drive for 1.6 miles. Lakeway Drive becomes Holly Street. Broadway Hall is on the right on the corner of Holly Street and Broadway Traveling South from Vancouver, B.C.: From Interstate 5 South, take Exit 253 for Lakeway Drive and turn right on Lakeway Drive. Continue straight on Lakeway Drive for 1.5 miles. Lakeway Drive becomes Holly Street. Broadway Hall is on the right on the corner of Holly Street and Broadway
