You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP postcard if you prefer to mail your RSVP to us.
If you do not RSVP by August 10th, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
You will definitely be missed. If you cannot make our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" and you find you can no longer attend, please notify Samantha or Charlie.
Due to limited budget, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be addressed "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of close family. We encourage you to use this as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
We ask that guests arrive no later than 4:45 in the evening. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes to be able to give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.
Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00 in the evening. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by that time, you will miss the ceremony.
We are having a "Mostly Unplugged" ceremony. There will be time at the start of the ceremony to take photos, and kindly ask that phones and cameras are not in use until the reception. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at Broadway Hall.
Yes! Beer, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us.
We will be supplying alcohol and will have a bartender handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
The ceremony and reception will both occur at Broadway Hall, 1300 Broadway, Bellingham, Washington.
There will be limited parking at the venue with additional parking across the street. There is also street parking on the surrounding streets.
We'd love to make sure you are comfortable and understand some guests may have dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let Samantha or Charlie know if you have any dietary restrictions so we may be able to make sure everyone has a delicious meal.
After living together for many years, we have amassed all that we need to complete our home. Your presence at our wedding and joining us to celebrate is the greatest gift we could ask for.
