To access our room block, click "view" below or call the hotel and ask for Fox Carlson Wedding. You need to enter your arrival/departure date, and then our blocked rooms with our group rate will show. It will say "Fox Carlson Wedding" above the rate. The blocked rooms will be released October 15th, 2024, and the discounted rate will no longer apply. Please note: There will be a shuttle running between Holiday Inn and Catalyst before and after the wedding.

Nature Link Resort

Nature Link Resort is where our venue (Catalyst) is located. The bride and groom along with their immediate family will be staying on site at Nature Link Resort. The resort is building new cabins in phases. All hotel rooms/cabins at Nature Link have a two-night minimum.

Shuttle Schedule Before the ceremony, please be ready out front of the following hotels for pick up: Holiday Inn Express & Suites: 1:40pm Arrowwood Lodge: 1:55pm Grand View Lodge (Main Lodge): 2:15pm After Our Reception: We will have transportation back to Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Arrowwood Lodge, and Grand View Lodge. Shuttle will leave Catalyst at 9:00pm, and 11:00pm.
