What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park, and find your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or mid-length formal/cocktail dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie, or dress pants & a dress shirt. No t-shirts/jeans, please!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of family. Invitations will include the names of children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

What are the hotel accommodations near the venue?

Answer

We're so thankful you're making the trip to celebrate with us! We've reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and we have a wedding room discount at Arrowwood Lodge. However, there are many other hotels and resorts within the Brainerd/Nisswa area! Please click the "Travel" section for more information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service available to pick up and drop off at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Arrowwood Lodge, and Grand View Lodge. We encourage you to utilize it! Ubers, lyfts, and taxis are very limited in the area. Please see the "Travel" section for additional information.

Is there parking at Catalyst?

Answer

Yes! Catalyst has their own complimentary parking lot available for guests to use. Overnight parking is allowed, but they ask that cars be picked up by noon the next day.
