There will be a cash bar provided by the caterer. Please don't bring your own alcoholic drinks as the venue does not allow it.
Yes, and parking is free. We do share a parking lot with the pavilion next door so there is a chance you will have to park in the second parking lot and walk a little bit (but not too far).
Since there is no ceremony there isn't a tight schedule. The wedding video will be played and a slideshow will be running the whole time. Of course, the bride and groom will be around to talk to everyone and take pictures. Dinner will be open-house style. We will have people to give speeches during both sections.
Your invitation should indicate the correct number of guests based on the information we have. However, if you would like a plus one that is not listed or if we miscounted children please reach out to us.
We tried to keep groups together, however it is based on children as well as keeping both even due to space. Please reach out to Mariah or Carlos if you would like to switch though and we will try and make it work. Please note that the carousel will not be operating during the second time slot.
