Covid travel requirements in Puerto Rico

Answer

In order to be admitted into the island you must complete a "Travel Declaration" which you can access and fill out following the instructions on the site link below. It will produce a QR code which you will have to show along with your vaccination card and an I.D. in order to exit security at the airport. If you do not complete this travel declaration, you'll be setting yourself up for a nightmare, so please get to it! Sometimes it can take 48 hours to get the Code so give yourself a few days in advance to complete this task: https://travelsafe.pr.gov/

What about Covid19 and our wedding?

Answer

Your health and safety are our top priority. And, as the pandemic situation continues to evolve, Puerto Rico now has a vaccine mandate for all venues, hotels, bars and restaurants (w/medical exceptions). As mentioned in our invitation, we kindly ask all our guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID19. Bring your vaccination card with you as it's going to be required at the airport, to check-in at your hotel and to go to restaurants, bars and for our Event. If you have issues or questions, please reach out to us ASAP. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring additional guests that are not named on the invite?

We would love to have everyone at our wedding but due to our budget restrictions the invitation is only for the guests named on the invite.  We will be sure to seat you with people with whom you are going to have a great time.  We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

Can guests bring kids?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.  Get ready to have a fantastic time at our wedding!

In addition to the room block at the Caribe Hilton hotel, what other hotels are close by the venue?

Answer

El Caribe Hilton Hotel is where we have a special group rate and where you'll get the best bang for your buck! It's a 5 minute Uber drive to the wedding venue and Old San Juan. However, you can find other beautiful options in Old San Juan that are walking distance to the venue. Other cost effective hotels are located at "Distrito de Convenciones" (Puerto Rico Convention Center area) and Condado.
