When do I need to RSVP?

We kindly ask that you submit your plans to attend to the RSVP tab by August 1st, 2024.

What do I wear?
Answer
Please dress comfortably and summery. If you need some guidance, a Google search of "casual wedding guest attire" sums it up pretty well! Keep in mind this venue is grassy and fully outdoors, so bring a jacket and plan your footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to K or C by August 1st if you would like to discuss adding a guest.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we love your kids, we ask that you please leave them at home unless otherwise noted on your invitation.

What is the venue like?
Answer
Winter View Lodge is a 100% outdoor venue. There will be tents set up for cover.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that our guests respect our request to have an "unplugged" ceremony, however, please feel free to take as many photos and videos during the reception as you'd like!

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive around 3:30 p.m. to park and get settled.

Is there parking?

Winter View Lodge can accommodate parking for all of our guests. Venue staff will help direct parking once you arrive.

Can I stay the night at the venue?
Answer
The venue has a designated location for campers/trailers (dry camping only). Please indicate when you RSVP if you plan to stay at the venue overnight so the hosts can plan accordingly. There will be no indoor restrooms available, only outdoor portable toilets. Please reference the "Travel" tab for other lodging options.

Do you have a hotel block?

We have not reserved a hotel block, however, there are multiple hotels nearby. Please take a look at the Travel tab for lodging options and addresses.
