Travel Day

Friday is a travel day. Carley & Ganan be flying into Salt Lake City and driving to Moab later that evening and staying at the Red Cliffs Lodge Hotel, but there are no official events planned. Please see the "Travel" tab for more info on how to get to Moab.

Explore Moab & Settle In
10:00 am - 6:00 pm
We’ll be out exploring and would love for you to join if you’d like! You can tag along with us or do your own thing and we’ll regroup in the evening. Morning & Afternoon: Carley & Ganan will be spending the day taking in Moab’s incredible scenery, whether that’s driving through the National and State Parks or wandering around downtown. Late Afternoon: Carley, Ganan and their immediate family will check into the family Airbnb, get settled, and unwind. Evening: We will relax with a swim and bonfire at the Airbnb. If energy is high, we may head into town for a casual night out.

Hiking Day - Arches National Park

Join us for a day exploring Arches National Park! We’ll spend time taking in some of the park’s most iconic sights — possibilities include Delicate Arch, Double Arch, The Windows, and Turret Arch. Final details on which hikes we’ll do will be shared closer to the date. Please note: To join the hike, each vehicle will need a park entrance pass ($30 per vehicle, payable at the entrance station or online). TIME ENTRY TICKETS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. The Night Before Dinner

Join us at our family Airbnb for the 'Night Before Dinner'. We’ll have taco catering, drinks, and a few speeches. This will be a chance to relax, catch up, and celebrate together before the big day. Feel free to bring a swimsuit for a late-night dip in the pool or hot tub!

Ceremony

Desert Formal
We are so excited to share our intimate ceremony with you at Dead Horse Point State Park. Please plan to arrive at the Dead Horse Point Overlook parking area a little early to allow time for parking and the short walk to the site (.25 mile walk). Live music will begin at 6:00 PM. Afterward, we’ll gather for group photos, a champagne toast, and enjoy more live music as the sun goes down. Please note there is a $20 per vehicle fee to enter the park, payable at the entrance station. Neutrals, earthy tones, and soft pastels are encouraged. Please avoid black, neons, or bold patterns. See 'Dress Code Tab' for more info and inspiration. Dead Horse Point State Park is about 32 miles from Moab. Getting there from Moab involves exactly three left hand turns, so it’s pretty simple navigation (though you will lose cell service!). It will still take 45 minutes to 1 hour to get there. Please give yourself extra time so you are not late.
After Party

Come hang out with us after the ceremony at our family Airbnb to continue the celebrating. Pizza, dessert, and drinks will be provided. Please note: Dead Horse Point State Park is approximately a 50-minute drive from the Airbnb. We recommend eating beforehand, as pizza and snacks will be served around 9:00 PM. Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit if you’d like to enjoy the pool or hot tub! Pack a sweater, as the desert can get chilly once the sun goes down.
