We will be staying at the Hale Koa Resort, where the welcome event will be held. Please note that this is a military only resort. We have listed nearby Waikiki hotel options in the travel tab of the website for your convenience.

Where will the wedding events take place?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail celebration will be held at Kaimea Estates. Our dinner celebration will take place at Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store in Waikiki. A welcome event will be hosted at the Hale Koa Hotel Barefoot Bar. Please visit the schedule tab for more information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and dinner reception only. Additional details, including pick-up times and locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate small children due to safety considerations at the estate including an on-site pool. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend.

July in Hawaii is warm and sunny. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the later afternoon when temperatures are typically a bit cooler. We recommended light, breathable fabrics, comfortable footwear and sun protection.

Yes! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors at Kaimea Estates. We recommended breathable attire and sun-friendly accessories.

This event is Island Formal/Cocktail Attire: We invite our guests to dress in Island Formal: We invite all guests to wear elevated, resort-inspired styles. Think long or midi dresses, lightweight suits and breathable fabrics in vibrant colors, patterns and textures. Kindly note the ceremony and cocktail celebration will be held on grass.
