Let's kick off the weekend at the Barefoot Bar at the Hale Koa Resort! Nothing formal or fancy, just drinks, beach time and good company! Everyone is welcome to order their own food/drinks, relax on the sand and take in the beautiful Hawaiian sunset. We will be ending the night with swimming and watching the Friday Night Waikiki Fireworks!

Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Celebration

This event is Island Formal/Cocktail Attire. Our celebration will be Island Formal / Cocktail Attire. We invite all guests to wear elevated, resort-inspired styles. Think long or midi dresses, lightweight suits and breathable fabrics in vibrant colors, patterns and textures. Kindly note the ceremony and cocktail celebration will be held on grass. We will be celebrating with a beachfront ceremony and cocktail celebration at Kaimea Estates. Please note that because the venue is a private estate, they DO NOT allow personal cars, taxis or ride share options. We will coordinate transportation for all guests and shuttle everyone to the venue. Once we have our confirmed guest list, we will coordinate separate pick-up locations based on where you are staying with plenty of time to plan. Following the Cocktail Celebration, all guests will be dropped off at the Tommy Bahama Restaurant in Waikiki where we will have our Dinner Reception. Guests will need to coordinate their own transportation after the Dinner Reception. After the ceremony, we will enjoy a couple hours together at the estate with light bites, an open bar, cake, games, shave ice and more! Speeches and dances will take place before we shuttle everyone to our late dinner reception in Waikiki.
Dinner Reception

Join us after the ceremony and cocktail hour for a relaxed and scenic dinner celebration at Tommy Bahama in Waikiki. We will enjoy great food, drinks and time together in a beautiful island setting. Guests will be shuttled directly from Kaimea Estates to the restaurant. At the end of the night, everyone can easily walk or rideshare back to their hotels in Waikiki or head over to the after-party! 😉

Come as you are or change into something comfy! Feel free to go back to your hotel to freshen up if you would like.
Not ready for the night to end? We won't be either! Following dinner, we plan to go out in Waikiki for more celebrating! This is completely optional. More details on the late night after party will be shared soon!
