Beach Cocktail... which we've basically made up as far as we're aware. Our thought here is typical cocktail attire but with a beachy vibe. Think lightweight fabrics that allow air flow. Suit jackets and ties are truly not necessary, though. Just please do not wear shorts, jeans, or flip-flops to the wedding ceremony. Examples of some outfits: Khakis or linen slacks with polos or button downs Flowy dresses or jumpsuits Please keep in mind that the ceremony is on an uncovered terrace in the middle of July. While the sun should set behind the buildings rather early into the ceremony, we do encourage our guests to come prepared with sun protection. The terrace is a concrete pad overlooking the ocean. This is not on the sand.
If you are interested in doing all-inclusive at the Grand Solmar, you will book with Laura at the front desk when you check in. Prices vary depending on the time of the year but we do expect it to be between $110-117/day per person. You can do 3 day increments or a full 7 days of AI.
If you are purchasing food and/or beverages while at the Grand Solmar or any of the resorts, please DO NOT tip on the bill as the resort takes a majority of that from the waiters. Please bring cash down with you. We also have a few recommendations on where to get cash and pesos from when you get to Cabo so please reach out to Kristin or Carley if you need help.
The traffic getting to SJD can be unpredictable. We highly suggest leaving for the airport at least three hours prior to your flight.
