When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 10.15.25 to ensure we can accommodate everyone and make any necessary arrangements for our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you, so please let us know if you'll be joining us by this date!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the reception to the hotels?
Answer
The Mill is located in Waseca, MN, about 25 miles from our hotel blocks. To offer a safe way back for our guests, we’ve arranged a shuttle service running at scheduled times throughout the night for those who may be unable to drive. Each shuttle can accommodate 20-30 people and will only run from the reception to the hotel(s). If you plan to take the shuttle, please coordinate in advance on how you'll retrieve your vehicle the next morning!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 40 minutes before the ceremony, as our families will be taking photos beforehand. There will be plenty of seating available, so no need to rush - just come ready to celebrate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
At Hosanna Church, there is plenty of parking available, including handicap-accessible spots located to the south and east of the building. At The Mill, parking is more limited, so we recommend planning for street parking in the surrounding area. There are a few handicap and front-row spots available, and we kindly ask that these be reserved for guests with limited mobility.

Can I bring a date and/or are children welcome?
Answer
We love celebrating with all of our friends and family and wish we could include everyone on our special day. However, due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate select plus ones and the little ones of close friends and family. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We’re so excited to share a delicious meal from our favorite caterer with you! If you have a food allergy, please reach out to us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration safely!
