Reservations may be made at the group rates through September 21 and may also be made via the booking links below. Note that cancellations must be received at least 30 days in advance of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

Fullington Shuttle Bus

We have reserved a Fullington Shuttle Bus to transport guests to the venue who are staying at Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn & Suites. The first pick up time is scheduled to be at 1:30pm and then again at 2:30pm. The shuttle will have two runs to drop guests back off at their designated hotels, the first scheduled time is at 9:00pm and then again at 10:00pm. All guests must be offsite by 11.
