We understand the implications and difficulties of expecting our closest family and friends to attend our wedding during the COVID pandemic. We want all guests to be comfortable, feel safe and enjoy the evening we have planned. While we technically need a final headcount 4 weeks out, if you are not feeling well or if you have been in contact with someone that has COVID in the days/weeks leading up to the wedding and need to change your RSVP please reach out to Becca/Carl with these changes. If possible, in the days leading up to the wedding we would appreciate guests taking the extra precaution of getting COVID tested to ensure the safety of everyone! This would give us peace of mind.
No, if you feel comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to do so. Masks should be brought by guests and will not be provided.
All wait staff and bartenders will be taking safety precautions (masks and proper sanitizing) for the duration of the wedding. Hors d’oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour, drinks will be made to order and the dinner will be buffet style but served by wait staff.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30, please arrive by 5:00-5:15.
Yes, Clay Theatre will have 1-2 sanitizing stations.
We are still working through these details and will communicate via the wedding website or email once solidified.
Yes, there is a grass lot behind The Clay Theatre for parking. Drive responsibly!
Yes! We have organized transportation as Ubers back from the venue following the wedding can be slightly hard to come by. Please reference the travel page and indicate in your RSVP or by letting Carl/Becca know if you plan to use the transportation (need a rough headcount).
We love your little ones but thought you could use a night off! No kids please.
The wedding will be cocktail attire! For ladies a cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit, for guys a suit and tie.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
