Driving directions and hotel information

You will drive through a neighborhood called Arbor Mill Plantation. The venue has no signs but it is the only property with a white vinyl split-rail fence. There will be a small welcome sign at the front entrance. They have two entrances, please enter through the FIRST ENTRANCE, even if your GPS tries to send you to the second entrance. When entering, follow the road and you will see The Stone House on your right. Parking is on your left, please pull head in along the tree railing in front of the row of cactus or the building that is right there. If entering through the second entrance, follow the road and the parking lot will be on your right instead of your left. Please do not park on or alongside any of the roads, including the small road that leads to the parking lot. After parking, take the flagstone stepping stones onto the front porch of the Stone House. Please sign our guest book and head to your right to Meadow Arbor, an open clearing where our ceremony will be held.

**For those flying in to spend the day with us: you will want to fly into DFW airport. The hotel is about 35 minutes from the airport.** We have secured awesome room rates! For those staying at the hotel we will provide a shuttle to and from the hotel on the night of the wedding so everyone can have fun and be safe! We have been provided two rates. The first is $119.00 plus tax per night. This room contains a king size bed and pull out sofa. The second room option is is a double queen for $129.00 plus tax per night. We have reserved ten of each room for Saturday and Sunday evenings. Five of those rooms will also be available to start renting on Friday for those that are wishing to come earlier. If you choose to call instead of book online, that’s just fine but be sure to let them know you’re with the Biancamano/Thurston wedding so you can secure those rates.
