Question

Are there hotel accommodations/recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a limited number of rooms at a nearby Marriott hotel. Please visit the “travel” tab for more details regarding rooms and making your reservation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ve invited all your children, if you wish to bring them. You may just want the night off too….whatever you decide, your entire family is welcome. Please just make sure to let us know exactly how many in your family will be attending when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, dinner in a tent under the trees and stars and dancing inside. We ask that the dress code be cocktail dress, semi formal or formal. Ladies a word of caution: since there will be a lot of walking on grass and dirt, you may want to skip the spiky heels and go for a wedge heel or flat.

I am a vegetarian and/or I have a food allergy. What can I eat?

Answer

Please let us know in the RSVP whether you would like a vegetarian entree or any food allergies you may have. We can absolutely accommodate you.

Are there meals for the kids?

Answer

We have already secured our kids meal option with our caterer. It will be chicken fingers, mac and cheese and fruit. If you feel your child is too old for a kids meal, they are welcome to an adult entree. Please let us know in the RSVP portion of our website.
