We have reserved a hotel block at Hampton Inn, a short 5-7 minute drive away from the reception venue. Our wedding block rate for a double room is $289 on Thursday, May 30, 2024 and $359 on Friday, May 31, 2024

This hotel is a little further away from the coastal town of Narragansett, where the wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place. It is the closest hotel to the University of Rhode Island campus, and since the last week of May is when the university holds its graduation ceremonies, they were not able to offer us a special discount. Their rates are generally more reasonable than the Hampton Inn, so you may still want to inquire about room availability.

If you are looking for a special place to stay, The Break Hotel is a 16-room boutique property in the beloved beach town of Narragansett, Rhode Island a distinctive stretch of sand and sea in southern Rhode Island. Because May is considered high season, they were not able to offer us a wedding discount. If you are looking to splurge for a bit of luxury and ocean front charm, this is the place for you!
Travel Note
There are plenty of AirBNBs available in Narragansett, as well, if you'd like to consider alternative accommodations! May is the month when many students move out of their off-campus rental homes but before the weekly summer rental season begins, so you may be able to find some reasonably priced options.

Car rental is recommended if flying into Boston Logan International Airport, though there is a bus to Providence and train to Kingston.
Travel Note
Taxis and rideshare aren't as common or reliable around Rhode Island, especially outside of Providence. If you plan to travel around Rhode Island, car rental would be a great option to look into!
