There are three main areas in Tulum: The beach (hotel zone), the town of Tulum and La Veleta. The wedding will take place at the beach which is about a 15 minute drive from the town of Tulum and a 20 minute drive from La Veleta. There are many hotel/Airbnb options in all three of theses areas. The price will vary depending on what what type of experience you’re looking for.
We recommend renting a car or to consider carpooling with friends. It is the easiest and most convenient mode of transportation from Cancun to Tulum and around town as the beach, the town and nearby neighborhoods are not at a walking distance.

The dress code is formal beach wear. The ceremony and reception are on the beach so light, nude and pastel colors would be preferred, but absolutely not mandatory, so dress with colors that serve you best. The ceremony will take place before and around sunset, so dressing up with lighter fabrics will help with the heat. It is recommended that ladies wear wedges or shoes that do not sink into the sand.
Due to venue restrictions, any additional guests will have to be previously added to the guest list prior to the event.
No, this is an adult only event.
Yes, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.
We would like our guests to arrive on Wednesday May 18, 2022 as we are planning to have certain events prior to the wedding day. More information to come.
Tulum does not have any all-inclusive resorts. The nearby city of Playa del Carmen (40 minutes away) can accommodate anyone looking for a more traditional all-inclusive stay.
