On 12-07-2013, I thought I was going to a random party with my friend's family but it turned out to be Carlos's Confirmation celebration & the beginning of our story. I was introduced to Carlos as soon as I was walking in and there was definitely an instant connection. He later asked me if I wanted to dance and once I said yes, we didn't stop. His parents, who hosted the party, even paid for extra hours so the DJ would stay longer- they could tell how happy he was! By the end of the night, I was exhausted. Got into my friend’s truck, immediately took off my heels, and we headed to her house. When we arrived, I realized I was missing one of my shoes... I figured I’d just find it the next day. The next morning, we received a FaceTime call from Carlos. He asked, "Did one of you lose a shoe?" I was in shock! Turns out Carlos found my heel in the parking lot on his way home. A few days later, I noticed something I hadn't before - the name on the shoe label was “Cinderella.”
Nos conocimos el 7 de diciembre del 2013 en mi fiesta de confirmación. Yo, con 15 años de edad, no esperaba mucho de la fiesta hasta que me tocó mirar a esa linda muchacha entrar. No lo sabía, pero desde ese momento todo cambió. Ella llegó justo en el momento que empezaba el baile. Sin pensarlo, me fui hacia ella y me atreví a invitarla a bailar. ¡Sin duda me dijo que sí! La verdad que nunca he bailado tanto ni me he divertido como ese día. Pamela salió de la fiesta bien cansada, que de alguna manera se le cayó su zapatilla en el estacionamiento. Cuando salí, miré la zapatilla en el piso y la recogí sin saber de quién era. Al siguiente día me puse a preguntar y resultó que era de ella. Sin querer habíamos vivido un momento como de un cuento de hadas. Ella fue la Cenicienta que buscaba.
