This is the location of our wedding and reception. To book a room at this hotel please send an email to Señora Adaluz at adaluz.ramirez@sofitel.com with check-in and check-out date, full name of each guest (rooms have a maximum of two people), country of residence and type of room (can be found on website attached). She will reply with details and link to process the payment. Take a screenshot of payment receipt/confirmation and send a copy to her via email to confirm your reservation, without this your room will not be reserved. Full payment is required at time of booking.

This hotel is on the street directly behind Hotel Santa Clara, where the wedding will take place. It is a short walk over. We have a room block reserved for April 9, 2025 through April 14, 2025. Just select "Book a Room" to receive our preferred rate.

Flight

Rafael Nunez International Airport

We recommend flying into Cartagena's airport for an easy 10-15 minute uber into the walled city. There are direct flights from the US to Cartagena from Hartsfield Jackson Airport in Atlanta, Miami International in Miami and JFK in New York

Customs

When you arrive in Colombia and get off the plane you will go through customs. To visit Colombia they require you to fill out a form prior to arrival. This will require you to know the address of either your hotel or AirBnB for the form and/or when going through customs.
