Hotel

Thank you!** We've reserved rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston North Shore. You can book your own room for Friday, May 13 and/or Saturday, May 14 (with either 2 double beds or a king size bed). Check in is at 3pm (wedding ceremony begins at 4 pm) so for those who need an early check in on Saturday, accommodations have been made for that as well. The hotel is 8 miles from Willowdale and a shuttle will be provided to the venue.
Shuttle

There will be a shuttle available from the DoubleTree Hilton only. If your party is staying at another hotel, you may want to consider carpooling to the DoubleTree to meet the shuttle. There will be two shuttle buses (40 passengers each) to the wedding from the hotel: one that leaves at 3pm, and one that leaves at 3:15pm. There will be two shuttle buses (40 passengers each) from the wedding to the hotel: one that leaves at 9:00pm and one that leaves at 9:30pm.
Travel Note
The parking lot at Willowdale accommodates 65 cars. We will provide an additional form of transportation (shuttle) for guests to and from the Hilton DoubleTree in Danvers. We recommend carpooling or the shuttle to conserve parking spaces.
House Or Rental
Topsfield and the entire North Shore are competitive summer getaways and we recommend the hotel first and foremost for price, transportation, and location. However, If you are seeking alternate accommodations, check out this link to AirBNBs in and around the Topsfield area.
