She can help with flights, transfers, rooms, and excursions. Even if you choose to book flights on your own, I request that you book your resort accommodations and transfers through Jessica. Booking through our TA ensures the room category you prefer at a discounted group rate and adds additional incentives for the group. We have a block of rooms reserved in a variety of categories. We encourage you to book with our travel agent as soon as you are sure you wish to attend so you can get your preferred room category. Most are reserved for 4-5 nights, if you want to stay shorter or longer, please let Jessica know. She will be sharing all of the room details and rates with you at her initial reach out. Flight

CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport. Jessica can assist with air travel if you wish, or feel free to book your flights separately. TRANSFERS: Shared transfers to and from the airport and resort are included in the room block prices. If you book your flights on your own, please share your flight information with Jessica so she can book the transfers. She can also arrange private transfers if you prefer.
