COVID-19
Face Masks
We are providing disposable face masks upon arrival. We recommend wearing a mask when you are on group transportation, interacting with servers or bartenders, or anytime you are indoors and/or are unable to maintain a safe distance. Please bring your own mask with your or pick up a disposable mask upon arrival at the ceremony.
Distancing
We will provide bracelets for you to indicate your interaction comfort level to other guests by selecting from one of these options: Keeping my distance; OK with talking, but no touching; or OK with hugs & high fives. Please respect everyone’s comfort level by observing their bracelets and keeping a safe distance. The Ceremony + Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) with plenty of space to spread out, and there will be adequate distance between guest tables to maintain social distancing while indoors. The DJ will also be monitoring the dance floor and can remind guests to social distance.
Vendors/Staff and Cleaning
There will be hand sanitizer stations upon arrival and available throughout the event. All vendors and staff will be wearing face masks, and staff will be cleaning high touch points regularly throughout the evening (including bathrooms).
Food and Bar Service
We have added extra bars/take-away drink options to minimize lines, and bars will have shield guards to protect you and the bartenders. All food will be pre-plated so there will be no cross touching among guests.
Symptoms
If you experience any symptoms or are exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 at any point in the 14 days leading up to our wedding, please let us know you will not be able to attend and stay home.
