Our intention is to hold the ceremony/cocktail hour outdoors and then move indoors for the reception. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be indoors! Reminder to wear appropriate shoes and a light jacket for the cooler temperature.
We've got you covered! Transportation will be provided from our three hotel blocks to and from the venue. Shuttles will pick you up from your hotel (Best Western at 3:30 PM, and Hilton Garden Inn—with two buses—and Holiday Inn at 4:00 PM) and bring you to Historic Acres for our 4:30 PM ceremony.
Planning to drive? No worries - there's plenty of parking available right at the venue! We will be offering transportation to and from all hotels.
We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request a semi-formal/cocktail attire dress code for our wedding. The ceremony is on grass - be mindful if wearing heels!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. We promise to share our photos soon! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
