How should I RSVP? When is the deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP on our site by July 1. If you have any issues RSVP'ing online or finding yourself in the search feature, please reach out to the bride or groom for assistance.

Question

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless specifically listed on your wedding invitation, we cannot accommodate additional plus ones or your children due to space limitations at the venue. We thank you for your understanding!

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Oak Grove 7500 Harlem Road Westerville, Ohio 43081 Do not simply put "Jorgensen Farms" into your navigators as there are two separate venues within Jorgensen Farms. Ours is the Oak Grove site.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to get to the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will pick up guests at the Hilton at 3:30 PM to transport them to Jorgensen Farms. Please be down and ready to go by 3:30 PM if taking the shuttle to allow the ceremony to start on time!

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, one can park at the venue. If you leave your car there overnight, you would need to pick it up between 8-10 AM the next day. There will also be a shuttle from the hotel block departing at 3:30 PM. Uber/Lyft also services the area.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please!

Question

What is the schedule?

Answer

The wedding ceremony music and seating will begin at 4 pm with the ceremony starting at 4:30 PM. This will be followed immediately by a cocktail hour with food and appetizers and then the reception with dinner, drinks, and dancing.

Question

How long does the event last?

Answer

The reception ends at 11 PM. A shuttle will be bringing guests back to the hotel at 10 PM and the final shuttle will leave the venue at 11 PM.

Question

Will there be an after party? Any events on Saturday?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony and reception, the bride and groom will likely be going out in Easton, near the hotel block - all are welcome to join. If you choose to extend your time in Columbus, the bride and groom will be celebrating their first day married at Pins in Easton at 1 PM on Saturday September 7. There will be games, food trucks, drinks, and more time together.

For all the days along the way
