FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 24th. RSVPs will be requested when formal invites are sent out and will be collected here on our website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is formal. Ladies: Think a formal, floor-length dress or an elegant midi dress. Since the wedding is outdoors in the mountains, a chic wrap or shawl may also help if it gets cooler. Opt for heels or stylish flats, but be mindful of the outdoor setting – block heels or wedges might be best for the grassy, uneven terrain. Gentlemen: Think a suit and tie or a tailored jacket, tie, and dress pants. Dress shoes are a must, but make sure they are comfortable for walking on outdoor surfaces. Please no jeans, khakis, or cowboy boots. Check the weather in advance so you can be prepared!

Question

Is transportation to the wedding venue provided?

Answer

Yes, there are mini shuttles that will pick up at the Highline Vail and take guests to/from Camp Hale. Please be ready to go in the hotel lobby at 3:45 pm. At the end of the evening, shuttles will depart from Camp Hale at 8 pm and 10 pm to take guests back to the hotel.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will ask for allergies on the RSVP.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, we've elected for our wedding to be an adults-only event. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family, and due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding and helping us make this day truly special!
