New York style bagels named after a neurotic King Charles spaniel. Christian chose this for his birthday breakfast, and it did not disappoint. Can be longish wait times, but worth it.
An Austin classic. Whether you hit up the original location, on Kerbey Lane, or find one closer to where you're staying, this restaurant blends TexMex, diner fair, plus an array of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Try the Kerbey Queso.
The hands-down Dublin family favorite. Multiple locations around Austin. Cara's dad has eaten the entire menu over time. It's basically all recommended.
