FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. We invite your whole family to party with us, including the kiddos. There will even be a "kid distraction room" where kids can go make a mess and play. Feel free to bring a toy/game that your kids enjoy to play or share.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Please note that gifts are optional. However, if you’re looking we wanna make this easy for you. We’ve registered, right here, on Zola! Click the "registry" tab on this website. We are so grateful for your kindness, care and love. We can't get over how many amazing people we have the pleasure of knowing.

Question

Where do we park when we get there?

Answer

You can park in one of the many spots in the parking lot. Make sure you pay to park up until 7pm (only about two hours). You could also taxi, uber, lyft, or take the metro.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Hopefully, we got you covered! We're having a buffet that caters to vegetarians, the gluten free/intolerant, and picky eaters. However, vegan food might be harder to come by. Please let us know how we can accommodate you best.

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

The wedding and the reception are both in the same place, the World Forestry Center. The ceremony is outside in a garden grassy area (at 5pm in June in Oregon you probably won’t be *too* hot). The reception is inside with a rockin’ dance floor!

Question

I've never been to Portland, is there anything *else* fun to do besides go to your wedding?

Answer

IOHO (In our humble opinion), Portland is one of the best places to eat, explore and adventure. Check out our "things to do page" or ask a Portlander what is fun to do around town- we cant resist a chance to brag on our city.
