Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20th. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The venue is at 1201 Pawlings Rd, Audubon, PA 19403. Please enter through the main entrance which can be located at intersection (traffic light) of Pawlings Road and Audubon Road. Upon your arrival, you will travel down the tree lined driveway to find a parking lot on your left.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We are also offering a shuttle service from the Tru by Hilton if you are staying in the hotel block.

Will there be a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Tru by Hilton. It is about 7 minutes from the venue. When does the hotel block close?

Answer

You will have until July 30th to book a room at the block rate. After that date you will be subject to the regular room rate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see family and friends dressed in formal attire for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoor while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors! We will have lawn games and areas outdoors to hang out but only if you would like to. If it were to rain the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Are my children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 4:45 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have found a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture our special day. With that in mind we'd appreciate an unplugged ceremony free of phones and cameras. Once we head into the cocktail hour and reception feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! We will have a QR code where you can share any/all photos you captured during our big day.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

There will be a golf cart from the parking lot to the venue. If you require additional assistance to walk to the ceremony please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 10 PM. We will be reconvening at the Chickie's & Pete's across from the hotel for a small after-party if you would like to join us!
