Hyatt Place Colorado Springs / Downtown
We have a total of 15 blocked rooms at this hotel. Please reserve rooms by May 20. Downtown is already a popular spot, especially during the summer and peak wedding seasons. Prices during this time are high but we are able to get a lower rate for this block of rooms for our guests. Although this hotel is 30 minutes from the venue, it is in the heart of beautiful Downtown Colorado Springs where there are many places to eat and visit while there. Transportation will be provided at this hotel to take you to the venue and bring you back as well. Parking is available at the venue but taking the shuttle is highly encouraged.

Wedding Shuttle Bus

We have coordinated two busses that will arrive at the Hyatt Hotel listed above at 2:45 and will depart at 3:00 to the wedding venue. They will begin transportation back to the hotel starting around 9:30pm with a final bus departure time of 11:00pm. Getting an Uber/cab to and from the wedding venue may be difficult/limited and pricy, so we encourage using the shuttle busses to get to the venue and back into town. Uber/cab rides will be easier and cheaper from the hotel if you are still needing transportation at that point!

We recommend guest to fly into Colorado Springs Airport and staying at the hotel we have booked or in the Colorado Springs area. If you fly into Denver, please note that our hotel and transportation services are in Colorado Springs.
