Should I drive to the venue or use Uber/Lyft?
Answer
Uber/Lyft: Uber and Lyft have limited service in our area. To ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre-booking your rides prior to attending your event. - After you pass through the grand gates, stay to the right of the island and pay attention to the chalkboard signs that will direct you to the appropriate venue/ event. We will be at Lower Ranch-Albert’s Lodge. - Vehicles are not allowed to be left on the property after the conclusion of the event. Vehicles left on the property after the conclusion of an event, will be towed at the owner’s expense

What time should I plan on arriving?
Answer
If you are driving yourself or taking another mode of transportation to the venue, aim to arrive on the property 30 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. There will be a shuttle bus on rotation to take guest from the welcome area to the ceremony location. If you utilize the transportation provided by us at the hotel, the bus will arrive at 2:30pm and will depart no later than 2:45pm.

Why is it a 18+ wedding?

In consideration of limited venue spaces, we've opted for an adults-only event to create a relaxed atmosphere and allowing for everyone to enjoy the festivities without any restrictions. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the altitude at Spruce Mountain Ranch?
Answer
The venue is at 7,300 ft. Those who are visiting from lower altitudes, please drink a lot of water. Be aware that consuming alcohol can also affect you differently at higher altitudes!

Is smoking tobacco or marijuana allowed on Spruce Mountain property?
Answer
Smoking, tobacco, marijuana, or other substance is prohibited inside any of Spruce Mountain buildings, Smoking of tobacco is ONLY allowed outside in areas where proper butt and ash receptacles are provided. Marijuana, in any form, is strictly prohibited in any and all areas on the Spruce Mountain property.
