Our dress code is formal (not black tie) with a theme of classic elegance. Our wedding colors are olive green and gold, and guests are welcome to incorporate these colors if they wish. For women, we recommend long or tea-length dresses. For men, suits are encouraged.
Yes, the ceremony through reception will be held at Whitby Castle in Rye New York.
We plan to have a charter bus to take guests from the Courtyard Marriott Rye to the venue and back.
No, we’re not hosting a rehearsal dinner. Since the wedding is on a Friday, we didn’t want to obligate our guests to take additional time off work or arrive even earlier in the week.
The hotel is about 1 mile from downtown Rye, where there are many shops, restaurants and cafes. We included some of our favorite recommendations on the Local Restaurants tab!
