Reno-Tahoe International is the closest airport and approximately 75 miles from Greenhorn Ranch. We may be able to arrange transportation from the airport if we coordinate multiple guests around the same time. We will be arriving at the resort Thursday evening, so come Thursday, Friday, or Saturday--we'll be ready to welcome you and enjoy our time together! There are plenty of things to do such as golfing, fishing, hiking, riding horses, mountain biking, or just hanging around the resort and enjoying the scenery. The Greenhorn Ranch is an all-inclusive resort (excluding alcohol) and your stay there will include meals. Options include a room in the Lodge or a cabin. The entire Ranch is booked for our weekend and you can call the Ranch to book your room or cabin (rates and number on the Greenhorn Ranch page below). Other lodging options include the Sierra Sky Lodge (10 min) Chalet View Lodge (25 min), River Pines Resort (20 min), Airbnb in Graeagle (20 min), or camping (at Ranch).

This is an all-inclusive resort (excluding alcohol) and your meals are included in the room rates. The wedding ceremony will take place on site by the pond and the reception will be on the lawn and in the saloon. Two night minimum stay required (Friday and Saturday night). Room rates include dinner Friday, breakfast and lunch Saturday, and brunch Sunday - the reception with appetizers then dinner will be Saturday evening. Lodge Standard Room; $229/night; 2 people; 11 rooms available Studio Cabin; $290/night; 4 people; 8 cabins available One Bedroom Suite Cabin; $360/night; 4-6 people; 8 cabins available Dry camping is available for $30/night and includes breakfast. Dinner Friday night and/or lunch Saturday may be added for an additional fee. Camp space is limited. These rates are available through September 3, 2020.
