With Covid-19 still being a very real threat, we respectfully ask you not to attend if you are unwilling or unable to get fully vaccinated by 10/16. We respect your choice to do what you wish, but cannot risk the health and safety of the rest of our guests. Thank you!

Travel Info

For hotels, we've chosen not to acquire room blocks, because they didn't save our guests any money, and only complicated things. That being said, there are tons of hotels within walking distance, and we've provided a few examples below! Please feel free to find a hotel that better fits your needs or price range, understanding that the closer you are to the reception site, the easier it will be to get back and forth without having to drive!

Hotel

The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel

4 South Cascade Avenue
Colorado Springs, CO 80903
 (719) 955-5600

This hotel is right across the street from the Brewery where we will be having our reception and located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. If you want a 1 minute drunk walk home from the wedding or bars AFTER the wedding, this is the place to be.

Hotel

The Mining Exchange A Wyndham Grand Hotel & Spa

8 South Nevada Avenue
Colorado Springs, CO 80903
 (719) 323-2000

This hotel will likely be over $200/night, but is about as glamorous as you can get near the venue. It is another hotel that is really close to where we are having our reception, only 2 blocks to the East!

Hotel

Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown, CO

125 North Cascade Avenue
Colorado Springs, CO 80903
 (719) 632-1000

This hotel should be ~$130/night and is also really close to where we are having our reception, only 2 blocks to the North!

Travel Note

AIRPORTS

Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS): This is the closest airport to our wedding and recommended hotels, about 10 miles away. It may be a touch more expensive than flying into Denver, but will save you a ton of time on travel to your hotel! This is the airport we recommend, and you can even get a cheap Uber/Lyft to downtown and not need a car all weekend. Denver International Airport (DEN): This is about 85 miles away. It may be cheaper and have more flight options, but you'll have a lot more driving to do (don't call us for a ride), and lots of big highway construction projects between the two cities. That being said flying into Denver isn't unreasonable at all, you'll just need to rent a car or use a shuttle service (detailed below), as Uber/Lyft would be far too expensive and unreliable considering the distance.

Travel Note

PARKING / CAR RENTALS

All hotels we have recommended are located in Downtown Colorado Springs, and parking for the weekend will cost a pretty penny on top of rental fees. Once you are downtown, everything is walking distance. For this reason, we suggest avoiding rental cars altogether and using a shuttle company (we've provided details below), or just use Uber/Lyft for the weekend to save some dough! That being said, if you plan on staying longer or seeing the sights while you are here, a rental car could be a good investment.

Travel Note

Colorado Springs/Denver Shuttle - Groome Transportation

Website: Click "View" Below Phone: (719) 687-3466 Shuttle between COS Airport and Downtown Colorado Springs: ~$15 one way. Shuttle between DEN Airport and Downtown Colorado Springs: ~$50 one way.
