Wow, where to begin! It feels like we’ve known each other for a lifetime, its hard to believe we only just met 4 years ago. Every year, high schools from around DeKalb County get together to “compete” in a Jamboree. I was working with the SWD Dancing Divas as the Director of Dance and he was the Director of Percussion. It was my first school dance gig and I wont lie, I was pretty nervous. For a lot of the time I was pretty nervous, it was so much awesomeness in one room, it was super intimidating! I somehow got tangled into being apart of the show, (one of the little dancing heads) and due to the fact that I originally strolled into this with heels on, I needed to be able to move quick! So I kicked my heels off! Not even 5 minutes later, this tall all the muscles an comes behind me and says "aye, you don't want to put any shoes on?" All I could do was laugh! From there? We never talked again lol until about early August when he saw me standing at the top of the hill of the band field. He invited me down to "circle up" with him and some other Alumni and built this amazing friendship! We didn't even have our first date until October! Sitting in the booth at O'Charleys, I knew what it was...he was my forever! -XOXO Lois
