Maid of Honor
Stephanie and I met at our freshman college orientation in Seattle, Washington at Cornish College of the Arts. We were both in the dance department and were both desperately looking for housing/roommates. We instantly connected so naturally we became roomies sharing a small bedroom together and instant best friends for life. We were connected at the hip in school and outside of school. We were often separated in class because we were "always partners", always giggling and having way too much fun. Many years together and long distances between us, our friendship has never wavered. Stephanie and I have been through thick and thin, she has been a fiercely loyal and caring friend and I could not imagine not having her by my side on my wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Maddy is my middle sister, she is free-spirited, artistic, and has a wonderfully caring soul. She is always inspiring me to be who I am to the fullest. I go to Maddy for comfort, level headed advice, and a good laugh. She is a lover in every sense of the word and is also a HUGE dog lover :) I literally couldn't get married with out her by my side, I am so grateful for her.
Bridesmaid
Jesse is my youngest sister, she is bright, supportive, and loving. She is a tough cookie that strives for what she wants no matter what. She has been so helpful in helping me plan my wedding and I am so grateful.
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met through Miles' older brother Chris. She is his long time girlfriend. She is like a sister to me, we are always at family events and holidays together and not to mention I love just hanging out and adventuring around on the weekends with Chris and Katie. Katie is so creative, positive, and adventurous. She inspires me to try new things and just "go with the flow". I'm honored to have Katie by my side on my wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Emilie and I met Freshman year of College, in Seattle, WA. We both were in the dance department together. We became very close our sophomore year after having pretty much all of our classes together and then spending every weekend over at each others apartments, watching movies, making dinner, and making up our own cocktails. Emilie is a lively, hilarious, and selfless friend. She always makes me laugh and is always supporting me, no matter what. I am so lucky to have her as one of my very closets friends for life. So excited to have her by my side.
Bridesmaid
Suzy was one of my first friends in San Francisco. I met her in dance class about 5 years ago. She was so sweet and kind to me and helped me truly feel like a part of the dance community. Not to mention, she is a dynamite dancer who is fearless! We ended up dancing in a lot of different companies and shows together over the past 5 years, which only brought us closer and built our friendship to be as strong as it is today! Suzy is the most selfless and giving person I have ever met and she inspires me to live and dance full heartedly every single day. I am so blessed to have her as my close friend and by my side on my wedding day!
Flower Girl
I met Taylor in 2014 when I started nannying for her and her family in Pacifica. She is full of creative energy, super talented, and has the biggest heart! She is so giving and kind. I truly enjoyed every second watching her and getting to know her mom, Jill and Dad, Jordan over the two years I worked for them. After I enrolled in Massage Therapy school I had to quit my nannying job with Taylor, but I was so close to her and her family that we have stayed in touch and have been friends over the last few years. I’m so grateful for her and her family! Thank you for being my adorable flower girl Taylor!
Best Man
Chris, vernacular for Topher, is my older brother. While we differ in last names and still to this day, when introducing each other to new friends, have to argue the fact that we are related... by blood. Chris is the person responsible for inspiring me to enjoy and pursue two of my favorite things in life. The outdoors and finance. Chris is always the first to say "Yes, lets do it" and the last to say "No, that sucks". Practically every time we hang out the conversation quickly divulges from "How's the weather in Pacifica?" to "ARE WE BACKPACKING THIS WEEKEND OR WHAT?!?"
Groomsman
Spencer is my younger brother and no one can mistake that. Our father often jokes that we are his "mini me's". But make no mistake, Winky (vernacular for Spencer) is a man all of his own. Where I am weakest he is the strongest. I could not carry a tune to save my life (hopefully that situation never arrives!). While Spencer has the only musical touch in our whole family. No matter the instrument or style of music he can make it sound awesome and has you coming back for more. He is also a John Muir Trail champion. Both of my brothers have completed the notorious JMT, a 210 mile long high sierra trail from Yosemite National Park to the top of the Mt. Whitney and out of the Whitney Portal. A feat I hope to one day accomplish.
Groomsman
When we all graduated from High School (luckily - might add) Chris made the brave decision to join our armed forces and served 5 years for the US Navy. His service took him to some incredible places all across the Pacific and South Pacific ocean. Hearing his stories from those times still is something I really enjoy doing. Post military life, Chris has continued his success and graduated from SJSU and more importantly acquired a job for a tech company we would all be envious to work for. Chris and I's friendship goes back to the beginning of it all - Freshman year and more specifically, English class. Paper balls, ridiculous commentary, and general shenanigans were the norm and still are now. I am so pumped to have Chris by my side at my wedding ceremony.
Groomsman
The self proclaimed "Big Vick" or more commonly known as SD or Pat (Sorry mamma Claire) is a mate that showed up out of nowhere and ended up sticking. Sophomore year summer football practice, Pat showed up and didn't know a single soul but sat casually on the bench and introduced himself. Ever since then we where thick as thieves. Flunking Spanish together, ditching lunch and 5th period to make our trek to Mc'D's for some chicken sando's and then off to SJ Community College to get trained up on some sign language so we could graduate. This was how we spent our senior year - cruising around town in my pickup with out a care in the world. Patrick also joined the US Navy and to this day continues to serve our country. So proud of him and honored to have this guy on the big stage with me.
Groomsman
Camryn and Hannah (Colin's Wife) danced together in Reach Dance Company. They had developed a friendship and by random chance lived not far down the street from us in Pacifica. We got introduced at a show and after a few minutes realized we had a lot in common. Colin shares my passion for fishing and the outdoors. He enjoys harvesting Abalone from the sea floor like I do, standing in the beach break praying a Stripped Bass eats our bait, and cruising around the pacific ocean on fishing boats chasing salmon, rock fish, and lingcod. I have our ladies to thank for this friendship and am really honored to know Colin and have him as one of my groomsman.
