Yes! The weekend starts on Thursday, June 5th with a welcome BBQ that everyone is welcome to. Friday we will have a community workout (think barre/yoga) and breakfast at The Overlook followed by Camp Rowe Game Day. Friday evening everyone is welcome to the rehearsal dinner to share stories and toasts, followed by an evening around the fire and a non-alcoholic night cap (no hangovers on Saturday!!). Saturday morning/day will be a free day for guests to explore the grounds or the surrounding areas before the ceremony and reception. Sunday there will be a brunch offered or a grab and go breakfast if you prefer!
Yes! There will be transportation provided for those staying on and off the property.
Yes, there is parking at the Overmountain Hall, however, if you are traveling from off-property and do not want to drive, there will be shuttle services for you. If you are staying on the property, there will be golfcart transportation and shuttle services as well.
Although we love kids, our weekend will be kid-free. Thank you for understanding!
If your invite includes a guest or is addressed to you and your significant other, then yes! Otherwise, due to our limited space, we were unable to give everyone a plus one.
Yes, for the rehearsal dinner, we ask that you wear cocktail attire. The ceremony will be formal attire and black tie as an option.
