This event is relaxed - come in your travel clothes or whatever makes you comfortable

We will be hosting a relaxed welcome dinner whenever you get here! The dinner will open at 7 pm, but feel free to come anytime throughout the evening. We will have BBQ pork and chicken, plus all the classic BBQ fixings.

Our Camp Counselors have prepared a full afternoon of games and activities for us to enjoy. We hope you have fun with this, make a new friend, and let loose a little. Make sure you wear what you got in your welcome basket!

During this time, the wedding party will be getting ready for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Feel free to explore the venue or even go off property to a winery! If you stay on site, there will be lawn games, snacks, and beverages to enjoy.

This event is cocktail attire - let's get a little dressy!

This time will be for the wedding party and those who will be partaking in the ceremony. All other guests are welcome to explore the venue, take a hike, or just relax at your cabin.

All guests are invited the the rehearsal dinner! We want to spend as much time as we can with everyone, so make your way to The Sitton House. We will open the mic to make toasts, share stories, and welcome anyone to participate.

Friday Night - Noteworthy Nightcaps!

Stay in your dinner outfit, or feel free to change!

We would love for you to come after dinner to sit around a campfire and enjoy non-alcoholic nightcaps while writing us notes with your best marriage tips, well wishes, or any encouragement you might want to share.

Have fun today exploring the venue by going on a hike or even kayaking. Surrounded by more than 300 acres of majestic greens, Sugar Hollow offers no shortage of outdoor experiences. With the Appalachian mountains and beautiful Watauga Lake at your disposal, adventures can come from anywhere. It’s up to you, to decide where!
