The closest major airport is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN, which is about a 1-hour scenic drive to Gatlinburg. While we’ll have a car for the week at the Airbnb, we highly recommend guests rent a car if they plan to explore on their own — it’s the easiest way to get around the Smokies and reach all the activities. The cabin address is still being finalized, but we’ll share it as soon as the location is confirmed.
