Heads up! Most of this site is for those staying in the family cabin. If you're joining us for the reception, feel free to explore the itinerary and hop into any activities you’d love to be part of. We can’t wait to come together under one sky.

FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask guests to wear cocktail attire for the wedding. If you’re joining us for the ceremony hike, please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and feel free to bring a light jacket, as it may be cool in the mountains. Colors are completely up to you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For the ceremony, we’re keeping the guest list very limited, so only those specifically invited may attend. For the reception, you’re welcome to bring a date if you’d like, as the reception has more space available.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children who are specifically invited are welcome at the ceremony, and kids are welcome to join us at the reception as well.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a rental van transporting our immediate family from the cabin to the ceremony site. However, for all other guests, a rental car is highly recommended, as it will give you the flexibility to get to the ceremony and explore Gatlinburg throughout the week.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! All events and activities for the week are listed in the Schedule section of our website, and you’ll also receive a printed itinerary when you arrive. You’re welcome to join any outing or simply relax at the cabin and make your own adventure.
