Arrive at Red Pine Camp/ Camp Q & Stu

Feel free to arrive anytime after 12:00PM on Friday, September 16th, 2022. There will be a friendly face on-site to welcome you and provide you a weekend timeline and map to find your cabin. Unpack, get settled into your cabins, and come join us for outdoor games! Refer to "Things To Do" for more information! ** Instructions on arriving coming soon **
Welcome BBQ & Bonfire
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for a casual buffet-style BBQ at the Dining Hall. Following dinner, grab your favourite drinks and meet us at the fire pits for an evening bonfire!

Pump Up Brunch
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Rise and shine campers! Today is the BIG DAY! Help yourself to a buffet-style breakfast to fuel up for an exciting day! Coffee will be served as of 8 AM.
Pre-Wedding Lunch
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Take part in all the activities the camp has to offer and then hit the Hut between 12:00-2:00PM for a quick grab and go lunch!
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Meet at the outdoor Chapel for 3:00PM **time is subject to change** to join us in our celebration of marriage! This ceremony will be "unplugged" so please put your phones on silent and away for the ceremony. Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses. For ladies, wear some comfortable shoes to maneuver on the uneven camp grounds!
Cocktail Hour & Lawn Games
4:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Gather on the grounds to partake in some lawn games with your fellow campers and have some drinks and apps on us!
Dinner and Dancing

Farewell Brunch

That's it Campers! Feel free to come by and grab brunch in the Dining Hall and celebrate making it through the weekend. For those that have a long drive, to-go containers will be available to pack up your snacks! Cofee will be served as of 8AM.
