Let's kick off the weekend right in the Front Lawn with good grub & lawn games! We will have a live grilling station with burgers, hot dogs, fixings, sides, & refreshments. Casual Attire: anything goes - hopefully you're ready for some camp activities!
Head over to the Dining Hall for a bangin' breakfast buffet complete with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, hashbrowns, fruit, yogurt, & cinnamon rolls. Don't forget to order a gourmet coffee from the JavaCart Mobile Espresso Bar open from 9 to 11 AM!
10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Time for the real fun. We invite you to enjoy a variety of camp activities including a high ropes course (10 AM-1 PM), mini-golf, disc golf (BYO discs), & beach volleyball. There are also tennis/pickleball courts (BYO rackets/paddles), hiking trails, and mountain biking trails (BYO bike/helmet). Too dry? Enjoy the lake from 10-2 PM with canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, & water slides. Not your speed? Rock with a game of music bingo in the Dining Hall at 12:30 PM. Or just grab a comfy adirondack chair & enjoy the sights & people watching. Hate fun? If you just aren't a camp person, feel free to go off-site and explore nearby attractions (Downtown Hendersonville, Carl Sandburg Home, antique stores).
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Grab a bite to eat at your leisure from Tin Can Pizzeria Food Truck, which will be parked down by the lake. It's on us!
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm
Camp Cocktail Attire: dress up with us in a way that feels authentic to you, be it a dress (short or long), jumpsuit, slacks/button-down shirt, etc. Jackets and ties are optional. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream colored attire, and leave your heels at home. If you must, wear wedges at your own risk (there are no medical personnel on site) but we will be rocking Converse.
The Ceremony will take place at the Amphitheater. We are having an "unplugged ceremony," so please no photos or videos. We ask that you be fully present with us while we seal the deal!
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
After the ceremony, please join us for lakeside cocktails and a few light bites!
6:45 pm - 8:00 pm
Time to start making your way over to the Lakeside Pavilion for dinner. We will have a buffet-style meal with salad, roasted beef sirloin, chicken piccata, vegan pasta primavera, roasted vegetables, & crushed potatoes.
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Time for the father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, & the newlyweds' first dance together, followed by a Giant. Party. Hit the dance floor & enjoy funky tunes by local legends Hustle Souls! The happy couple will enjoy a final dance alone while everyone lines up for an epic exit! Is it your bedtime? Go for it. Sneak off to your cabin or hotel at anytime. Not done celebrating? Us either. We'll meet you in the Dining Hall to keep the party rolling with music & beer pong.
