FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1, 2026 so we can plan accordingly and share final details with our venue. Since our wedding is a destination celebration, we truly appreciate your timely response as it helps us with planning and accommodations.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are so grateful you’ll be traveling to celebrate with us! There are many wonderful accommodation options in the area to fit a variety of budgets and preferences. Disney Resort hotels such as Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort offer immersive on-property stays, while nearby chain hotels like Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs Area provide additional convenient options. There are also many Airbnb and vacation rental homes in the surrounding area for those who prefer extra space or plan to share accommodations with family and friends. For more details on Disney Resort hotels, you can visit the official Walt Disney World website. We recommend booking early and look forward to celebrating together!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing private transportation to and from the ceremony. However, Walt Disney World offers several convenient ways to get around the property, including complimentary resort buses, the Monorail, and the Skyliner. Disney also partners with Lyft for ride services, and guests are welcome to use other options such as Uber as well. We recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure you arrive comfortably and on time for our ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire for our wedding day. Think gowns, floor length dresses, and suits. Please avoid wearing jeans or casual clothing so we can all celebrate in style.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, only guests who are listed and accounted for on the RSVP will be able to attend the ceremony and all wedding events. We completely understand that this is a destination wedding, so please feel free to travel with anyone you’d like. However, only invited guests will be able to attend the wedding celebrations.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

As we start this next chapter, we are blessed to have all that we need. Should you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon fund listed in our registry.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome! Please include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests enjoy the ceremony unplugged. Our photographer will be capturing every special moment.

Question

Can I extend my trip and make a vacation out of it?

Answer

Of course! We encourage you to turn your trip into a little getaway and enjoy everything Walt Disney World and the surrounding area have to offer. From the parks and dining to shopping and relaxing at the resorts, there is so much to explore while you’re here.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we will be happy to share that information with our venue so they can accommodate your needs.

Question

Will there be discounted Disney park tickets for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes! Our guests will have access to specially priced Walt Disney World theme park tickets through our wedding. Park tickets are not required to attend the ceremony or reception and do not require a Disney hotel stay. More details on how to purchase and important dates will be shared soon!
