Friday is casual. Saturday is festive summer cocktail attire – think fun and colorful with a little bit of fancy! See the image above for the general vibe, but don't stress. Whatever you feel cool in works for us! When in doubt, feel free to reach out to Mitch or Cat.
We encourage ALL of our guests to come and enjoy camp, even if you're not staying on-site. There will be time to explore and jump in the lake before the festivities begin, so we recommend everyone packs their swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen. For guests staying at camp, linens, bath towels, soap, and shampoo are included. But you may also want to bring: sunglasses - rain jacket - extra layers for late night activities/bonfire - toiletries - bug spray - flip flops/water shoes for the showers in the bathhouse - reusable water bottle - extra drinks/booze/snacks - a bike if you want to hit the trails with Mitch
We have limited our wedding weekend to close family and friends and are unable to accommodate children or guests that are not listed when you RSVP. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
Just about! On Friday, dinner will be provided at the Welcome BBQ. On Saturday, we will provide a light breakfast and grill hotdogs and hamburgers for lunch while people enjoy the lake. The wedding reception includes appetizers, dinner, dessert, and a late night snack. On Sunday, Camp Elsewhere will be providing a breakfast bar. Anyone staying off-site is welcome to join us for breakfast and lunch, or you can explore area dining options and do your own thing!
Camp Elsewhere has free on-site parking for all guests. There will be signs to direct you. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight but it must be picked up by 10am on Sunday. We currently * do not * have a shuttle arranged for those staying off-site, however we are looking into several options. Waupaca has ride share apps and a local taxi service, Brown Cab. Their service hours are Fri 6:30 am - 2:30 am | Sat 7:30 am - 2:30 am | Sun 8 am - 3:45 pm
The show will go on! In the event of rain, festivities will move to permanent structures like the Rec Hall, Main Hall, Chapel, and the reception tent.
