Question

Do we have to stay in the cabins on the summer camp grounds?

Answer

If sleeping in a cabin doesn't sound like your cup of tea, we have attached some other options nearby under the accommodations tab. If it does sounds like fun to you, we can't wait to host you onsite and have fun all weekend long!

Question

If I choose not to stay overnight on the camp, can I still participate in the camp activities?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to have you participate in the sports and games that will be happening throughout the day on Saturday! Make sure to RSVP if you're interested in being a part of a team for any of the tournaments!

Question

Do I have to come to the camp activities at all?

Answer

We truly hope that you get the chance to have some fun with us throughout the weekend but if your schedule wont allow it, you are more than welcome to attend just the wedding portion on Saturday the 21st! See you on the dance floor!

Question

Are there any camp rules?

Answer

For the most part, we just want you to have a good time! There are some rules however that the camp has put in place to ensure we have a safe and fun experience. 1) No Smoking - No smoking allowed on the facility. This includes vaping. This is unfortunately a rule that the camp takes very seriously and could end our festivities early if broken. We do ask that you please honor this. 2) If you are going to be taking out kayaks or paddleboats the camp has asked that you please wear a provided life jacket 3) We will have bartenders on site for Friday night and Saturday night for the festivities. We've been asked to (do our best to) keep alcohol consumption to inside those events with the alcohol served by the bartenders. No alcohol will be permitted down at the beach.

Question

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Answer

Of course! Feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. If you are going to be staying overnight at the camp, Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Saturday. If you are not going to be staying over for the weekend, please keep in mind that breakfast and lunch on Saturday will only be provided to those who are staying over at the camp for the weekend. We ask that no outside alcohol be brought to the functions that have working bartenders serving.

Question

What are accommodations like at the Camp?

Answer

Camp Robin Hood has many cabins that can host anywhere from 16-25 people. If you choose to stay on site overnight with us for the weekend we will do our very best to place you with a group of your choosing. (If you can get together a minimum of 10 people that you would like to share a cabin with, this will make it significantly easier for us to accommodate your request.) Many of the cabins have been updated recently and all have electricity and hot water. Some of the newer cabins have heating but none have AC. Think of this experience as glamping. You will be sharing the space with other people. Bedding will be provided but you may want to bring your own bedding, sheets to hang for additional privacy, or a fan. All meals for the weekend are provided if you choose to stay at the camp. Photos of the interior of the bunkhouses/cabins are under the accommodations under the “view” button.

Question

Is this an adult only event?

Answer

This is an adult only weekend! We want all of our guests to get the chance to feel like a kid at summer camp all over again. We hope you have an incredible time and are able to let loose without the fear of injuring a child with your incredible kick ball skills!

For all the days along the way
