Will you be staying at the Camp for the weekend? Please only RSVP: YES if you plan to stay overnight at the camp. (We hope you do!) For those of you staying with us at the camp, check in is from 3pm-5pm on Friday at the Office. Breakfast and lunch on Saturday will be provided for those who choose to stay onsite.
Welcome Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
This event is dressy casual. What does that mean? Dressing up what you'd already wear casually! Think sundresses and slacks but jeans are fine too!
Join us for a Welcome Reception in the Camp Dining Hall. Tapas (small plates) and beer and wine will be served. Come mingle!

Kick Ball Tournament

Want to be a part of the kick ball tournament? Lets get some friendly competition going and have a blast! RSVP to be put on a team (We will do our best to accommodate any team placement requests) These will be short games so that you can get a chance to do whatever else you feel like with your free time.
Camp Davis Wiffle Ball Game

Please RSVP if you would like to PLAY on a team at the Camp wiffle ball game! We would love to get everyone together for some fun. If you don't want to play, we would love to have spectators!
The Wedding
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This event is Semi Formal. Think Garden Party attire. Florals encouraged. Cowboy boots too :) This event is on a hilly summer camp so I'd leave the super high heels at home!
Ceremony at 4pm Cocktail hour and Reception to follow Lets Celebrate!
